March is “Youth Art Month.” Hosts Mike Easterling and Deneitra Hutchinson will speak with Monica Herber, Day and Youth Programmer for the Columbia Art Center, and Mark Coats, Instructional Facilitator for the Visual Arts for the Howard County Public Schools about the importance of art education for children.
